Whether you are a guest of one of our upcoming functions, looking for an overnight stay before a flight or in need of a longer period to rest, The Lakeside Prestige Motel is the place to stay. Our motel rooms are located on the premises of Lakeside Banquet & Convention Centre, located only 10 minutes drive from Melbourne’s Tullamarine Airport and approximately 15 minutes drive from Melbourne’s CBD.

  • Kitchenette – Fridge, Toaster, and Kettle (with tea and coffee making facilities). Cooking Facilities are available on request

  • Remote control air conditioning and heating

As well as all the standard services, our motel includes a cleaning service and a self-service laundry. Our front desk is manned by friendly local staff who are always happy to recommend many different attractions around Melbourne. At The Lakeside Prestige Motel, we believe in doing the simple things really well.

Standard Rates & Information

  • Sunday Night– Friday Night: $120.00 per night, per double
  • Saturday Night: $140.00 per night, per double

Additional Information:

  • $20.00 per night for an additional person (Please note: A fold out single bed or cot will be provided)
  • $50.00 deposit is required per room, per night, in order to secure your reservation.
  • Once deposits are paid there is a NO REFUND POLICY for any CANCELLATIONS
  • You are required to leave a bond of $200.00 (pre-authorization) on your credit card
  • Check-in time is from 2:00pm / Check-out time is before 10:30am
  • All Prices in AUD and include GST

We stayed here for the weekend of my nephews wedding. This took away the stress of travelling from the other side of the city, we could get ready and not have to worry about rushing through traffic or finding directions with the fear of being late to the ceremony. It was great to be able to go to our room to freshen up in between the ceremony and reception and then at the end of the night just walk straight from the dance floor over to our room to sleep. Room was tidy and clean, if we have another function at Lakeside we will definitely stay overnight again.

My husband and I stay at the motel every year on New Years Eve after the Lakeside Dinner Dance. It’s so convenient because we can both enjoy a few drinks without having to worry about staying under the limit to drive or trying to order a taxi – we just walk straight over to our room after the party finishes have a good night sleep then drive home the next morning.
